Thank you for your interest in Boots Beats & Butterflies - A Lupus Awareness Inititave. THIS IS AN OUTSIDE EVENT. The deadline for submission is April 30, 2025 or when all spots have been filled.

You will need to supply your own set-up (tent, table, chairs, etc.) within your allotted space. Only the items listed on this form will be allowed. Vendor fee must be paid in full at the time of application submission to secure your space. ALL FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

You are required to break down at the end of the event and gather all your trash. Leading up to the event, we ask that each of our vendors to share the event with your network.
