Guest Group Policies
The contact person or coordinator of the group is responsible for being familiar with our Guest Group Policies (2020 updated document replacing our Rental Handbook). You will be responsible to read the policies and to pass on any pertinent details to your guests. This is an insurance requirement that we require in order to assure coverage of your members in case of accident, injury or damage caused during your stay. You can find the document back on our website on the "Rental Application" page. You will also receive an email when you booking is confirmed with the policies and a Guest Rental Agreement which must be signed and returned to us by email or upon arrival.
