By signing this form, you and your company agree and understand that the act of filing intellectual property complaints or changing a brand name when other sellers are active on a listing affects another seller on the Amazon platform, and that this act may be a cause for the affected parties to pursue legal action including, but not limited to, a cease and desist letter or litigation. You further agree to release My Amazon Guy and it's employees from any damages and obligations which are incurred due to the actions taken with regard to filing intellectual property complaints within Amazon Brand Registry. My Amazon Guy shall not initiate, file, or submit any intellectual property complaints, claims, or disputes on behalf of the Client without the Client’s prior written authorization.
