DINING CASHBACK CLAIM FORM

Your cashback refund will equate to the price of the second most expensive meal on your bill, up to a maximum value of R150. Subsequent to verification and approval, claims will be paid within 5 working days*. Alternatively, you may request a claim form from claims@crave.co.za.

NOTE: Claims only apply to restaurants tagged as "Dining Cashback" and will be processed provided that a minimum of 2 meals and 2 drinks are ordered, and all benefit terms are adhered to. Claims submitted via this channel are exclusively for Members that redeem their benefit via the Crave site. All Members from other Clubs e.g. AccentOnYou/Getmore/Hey U/Netstar/On Tap/Road Pocket Life/Virtual Eye/VW PA/Yell 4 Yellow etc - please authorise/claim via your dedicated Club's site.
From 1 June 2026, any authorisation incorrectly done via the Crave site, will result in the corresponding claim being declined.

*Claims for Namibian restaurants for Edgars Club Members will take up to 7 working days to process/pay.
