DINING CASHBACK CLAIM FORM

Your cashback refund will equate to the price of the second most expensive meal on your bill, up to a maximum value of R120. Subsequent to verification and approval, claims will be paid within 4 working days*. Alternatively, you may request a claim form from claims@crave.co.za.

Please note the schedule for December Cashback claims:

All claims submitted from 19 Dec - 22 Dec will be paid on 6 Jan
All claims submitted from 23 Dec - 26 Dec will be paid on 7 Jan
All claims submitted from 27 Dec - 30 Dec will be paid on 8 Jan
All claims submitted from 31 Dec - 2 Jan will be paid on 9 Jan
All claims submitted from 3 Jan - 5 Jan will be paid on 12 Jan

NOTE: Claims only apply to restaurants tagged as "Dining Cashback" and will be processed provided that a minimum of 2 meals and 2 drinks are ordered, and all benefit terms are adhered to.

*Claims for Namibian restaurants for Edgars Club Members will take up to 7 working days to process/pay.
