  • This service is only available to guests of Rancho Santana Vacation Rentals. All requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance, and are subject to availability. We will respond to your request within 24 hours to confirm availability.

    Once confirmed, any cancellations must be made at least 48-hours prior to your meal. Cancellations made within 48-hours will be charged $40 + tax (service fee), and cancellations made within 24-hours will be charged 50% of the total scheduled cost. 

    Chef’s services are for $40 and will be listed on the check as gratuity. One chef can accommodate meals for a maximum of 6 guests. For larger groups, there will be an additional chef fee. Maximum per group is 12 guests (requiring 2 chefs). 
    All prices are subject to an additional 15% I.V.A. tax.

    Start your day off with a delicious homemade breakfast - without lifting a finger. One of La Finca y el Mar’s talented chefs will arrive at your rental accommodation and prepare a sumptuous breakfast for your entire group. All breakfasts include coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, local honey. $25/adult, $12/child under 12. $40 chef’s services

  • In-Home Dinner

    Sit back and relax while we take care of dinner. Our Family-Style Meals offer you and your entire group world-class farm-to-table cuisine within the comfort of your private vacation accommodation. All of our dinner options include a fresh garden salad for each guest - simply select an entrée and two sides, and we’ll do the rest for you.  Our experienced chefs will arrive at your accommodation, prepare and serve a delectable meal, and then clean up all the dishes. $35/adult, $18/child under 12, $40 chef’s services

    Looking for a satisfying afternoon snack that your entire family can enjoy while relaxing at your 'home away from home' at the Ranch?  Our Taco Fiesta includes a tasty selection of freshly prepared, homemade salsas (spicy and mild), corn &  flour tortillas, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, homemade tortilla chips, lime crema, cabbage slaw and traditional gallo pinto (Nicaraguan rice and beans), plus your choice of protein (or seasonal veggies). Please allow 1 hour for preparation. $25/adult, $12/child under 12, $40 chef’s services

    We are proud to offer guests a taste of traditional Nicaraguan fare, featuring farm-raised ingredients & prepared by our talented La Finca y el Mar culinary team. Unwind and savor the experience while one of our chefs craft a spread of local dishes in the comfort of your private rental accommodation for all to enjoy. Please allow 1 hour for preparation. The Nicaraguan Feast includes one grilled protein option prepared for all guests & 6 traditional side dishes.
