- Models are required for class if you do not have a model you will be reschedule for a new class date. If a model still is not present you will forfeit all fees paid.
If you would like us to get a model a $50 fee will be due 5 days before class.

All class itinerary will be emailed following contract signed and payments made.

No refunds will be given for deposits or class fees paid.

You may not transfer funds to another class only to another class date.

Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS

Terms*

The following constitutes the Class Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Penthouse Beaute LLC (the “Esthetician”). Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact Penthouse Beaute LLC if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client or Customer” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name above and below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.

Refunds*

You the client has accepted the service unconditionally and has been made aware that all classes are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as government shut down), illness, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, retainers(deposits) are still nonrefundable and prepaid service plans are nonrefundable. All classes will be rescheduled and retainer(deposits) goes towards classes only. If the customer would like to reschedule a class. They may transfer class date once if failed to attend rescheduled class the client/ customer has then forfeited all deposit/ retainer and remaining payments.

Invoice*

The Business will invoice the Client/Customer if they opted not to pay via website after completion and signature of all documents, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Class.

Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that I am responsible for assessing my own skill level and understanding the risks associated with practicing the techniques demonstrated in the Waxing or Sugaring Classes. I agree to follow all instructions provided and assume full responsibility for my actions.

Indemnification Clause

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Penthouse Beaute and its owner(s) from any third-party claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from my participation in the class or the use of skills obtained during the training.

Intellectual Property*

The Receiving Party agrees not to share any Confidential and or Intellectual property “means all information or materials furnished by Penthouse Beaute LLC to the Receiving Party orally, or in written or electronic form, which is confidential, proprietary, or otherwise not generally available to the public. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following will not constitute Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement: (i) information which is or becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of a disclosure by the Receiving Party or its Representatives in breach of this Agreement; (ii) information which was known to the Receiving Party on a non-confidential basis prior to being furnished to the Receiving Party by the Disclosing Party; (iii) information which becomes available to the Receiving Party on a non-confidential basis from a source other than the Disclosing Party unless such source was known or could reasonably be determined to be under a confidentiality obligation to the Disclosing Party, and (iv) information that is independently developed by Representatives of the Receiving Party who have not had access to the Confidential Information. “Confidential Information” shall also include this Agreement, the fact that information contemplated herein has been made available to either party, and the fact that the parties are contemplating the Transaction.
