When I submit my application below, I agree to the following conditions required for the apprenticeship and the volunteer agreement:

I will make time to interact regularly with my mentor.
I will complete all sessions, assignments, final project, and the final assessment as specified in the syllabus.
I will comply with the policies of the Bernalillo County Extension Service and NMSU.
I will provide my own transportation to and from the meetings required to fulfill the syllabus.
After I am accepted, I will print, fill out, and sign the Volunteer Agreement and Photo Release Form and give them to my mentor.
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, I will volunteer 10 hours (minimum) to help fulfill the mission of the BCEMC.
