All applicants must be current USBC youth members enrolled in a California USBC youth league.
This award can only be won once.
Scholarships may be awarded each year, but not necessarily every year. At the discretion of the committee, more than one scholarship may be awarded.
All Applicants MUST submit the most current transcripts in order to be considered.
