  • Yard Card Reminders:

    1. This setup is for a one day rental unless otherwise agreed upon. The signs are RENTALS and are NOT to be kept or discarded. If any part of the sign is missing upon pickup, the missing items will be charged to the renter at full retail value of the SET. 

    2. Please DO NOT move, touch or attach anything to the signs at any time. If there are questions/concerns regarding the sign placement or design, please call us at 816-200-1320. Please inform the recipient of this policy as well!

    3. Please DO NOT mow or water the lawn while the sign is installed. Damage to, or theft of the signs will be charged to the renter at full retail price of each set used in the setup. For reference, a new letter set runs a minimum of $500.

    4. We are a small, military family owned business. We very much appreciate your business and referrals!

  • STOP! FOR THE MONTHS OF April through October ONLY. October-March setups will ALWAYS be on a stand.

    Important: To determine if your yard is capable of having stakes installed, please complete the following steps:

    1. Take a full-length, sharpened #2 pencil

    2. Go to the spot in your yard where you'd like the sign installed

    3. Insert the pencil, point down, into your yard every 6 inches for at least 8 feet of length. 

    4. If the pencil is able to be inserted with little effort at least 6" into the soil (up to the silver part near the eraser), your yard is good for staking!

    5. If your pencil cannot be inserted at least 6", water your lawn THOROUGHLY and try again in 2-3 hours. If you are able to insert the pencil at least 6" now, then please be sure to water your yard VERY well 2-3 hours prior to install. 

    6. If you watered your yard thoroughly and the pencil will still not go in 6", Please select "I will require a stand" on the next page. 

    NOTE: Outdoor setups from October- March will require a stand regardless of your selection on the next page. Indoor setups will always be on a stand.

  • Payment and Refund Policy:

    1. Payment is due prior to booking, no exceptions. Venmo is our preferred method of payment @OhMyGollipops, however, we also accept payment through PayPal at cnarvaez1101@gmail.com or Cash app $OhMyGollipops. We do NOT accept cash or checks.  Your setup date is not confirmed until payment is received and confirmed by the installer.

    2. Refunds are not permitted, however, setup is transferable to another date/setup style if booked within 1 year of original request. Please contact us with futher questions if you need to reschedule your booking.

    3. Refunds due to Acts of God such as inclement weather, natural disaster, high winds etc., along with scheduling conflicts on the part of the Company will be discussed on a case by case basis.
