SHIPPING POLICY:
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be shipped.
PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT:
A $75 deposit secures your item(s) for pre-order ONLY. Your TOTAL balance (including shipping) will be shared with you via email or social media upon item(s) arrival.
NOTE: Half sizes should order up to the next size.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Once your item arrives, you will be notified by email with your balance and shipping cost. You will have 3 business days to pay the balance for your items. After 3 business days, your deposit will be refunded and your items will be up for sale.
CANCELLATION FEE POLICY:
If you preorder an item(s), you have 48 hours (2 days) to cancel your order. If you cancel within the given time, you will receive a full refund for your order. If you cancel after the aforementioned time, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. To cancel, send a message using the contact us tab.
RETURNING ITEMS NOTICE:
Please do not return any item(s) without receiving confirmation. Returning unapproved items does not equate to a refund or exchange. If items are returned without confirmation, you are responsible for all shipping cost to have your items returned back to you.
MIX-MATCHING ITEMS FEE:
There is a $20 fee if you want to combine items from different sets. This fee will be added to your remaining balance once your item arrives.
ITEM EXCHANGE FEE:
There is a $20 fee if you want to exchange items after your order is placed. To exchange items, send an email to cierasfashion@gmail.com. You have 48 hours (2 days) to change your order. This fee will be added to your remaining balance once your item arrives.
