We, the undersigned, acting for and on behalf of the blanks , hereby apply for annual affiliation with Motorcycling Victoria.
We acknowledge and accept that until annual affiliation fee is paid and the Affiliation Agreement is signed and returned the promoter and its members shall not be entitled to take part in the affairs of Motorcycling Australia or Victoria.
