    I always try to be accommodating if you’re running behind. If you know you are going to be late, please call or send me a message to let me know so we can adjust accordingly. If you are to make it in time so we have enough time for the entirety of your service, fantastic! If not, we may have to forgo certain parts of your service to keep it in the time we have booked just for you. If you are more than 15 min late, it will be considered a no call/no show and you will need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy charges.

    In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. (Ex. Cut+color=$50 fee) I know we have heavy weather but my policy still stands. Fees will be waived if major highways/roads are closed or school is cancelled.
