  • Before Booking Custom Work:

    If you would like to discuss your idea before booking, please fill out our CUSTOM ENQUIRY FORM. If you are ready to book your custom commission, we require a £50 deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit covers our design service and will be deducted from the final order total (with the remaining balance due the week before your custom work begins production). Cancellation of your appointment or failure to settle the remaining balance within 7 days will result in the deposit being forfeited and slot cancelled. If you wish to move your appointment, we require 1 months notice and will discuss available slots once contacted. We advise that you have a budget in mind and readily available ahead of requesting and booking your custom. We offer payment plans via Klarna and Clearpay and you may pay the remaining balance with one these options via our website once your invoice has been sent. (18+ for these payment methods, T&C's apply).
  • Terms and conditions

    All designs are the intellectual property of The Serpents Club and are confidential. You may not produce, copy, share or use our designs for profit or production. Your deposit covers the design process and secures your custom commission booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final order total, with the remaining balance due within 7 days of your booking. Failure to settle your remaining balance by your booking date will void your deposit and your booking will be cancelled.
