As contractor responsible for the application of materials manufactured by Melbourne Acrylic Coatings Victoria Pty Ltd (MAC) at the address detailed in this document, I hereby declare that;

1. All MAC products have been applied in accordance with MAC product specific data sheets readily available through MAC, it's resellers or the MAC website.
2. All various substrata (i.e. bricks, lightweight cladding etc.) treated with MAC manufactured products have been coated as a complete system, in strict accordance with MAC coating specifications applicable to that specific substrate. This includes the use of products specified by MAC for that particular substrate as detailed on MAC coating specifications, readily available through MAC, it's authorised resellers or the MAC website.
