Financial Sponsorship Application

Here at Unionville Alliance Church, we desire to give access to all children, no matter what their financial situation is. If you are in need of help paying for camp we ask that you fill out this form. We understand finances can be an uncomfortable topic to discuss, but in order to offer scholarships to as many as need it, we ask that you honestly let us know how much of the camp registration fee you can contribute and why you are in need of the support.
