1) I hereby authorize IDE Corp., its affiliate Edquiddity Inc, and its assignees to make audiovisual or photographic recordings of me during any event, meeting, session, or class (collectively, “Event”) in which I am present (which includes my being present physically or via audiovisual communication technology).

2) I agree that IDE Corp., its affiliate Edquiddity Inc, and its assignees may use audiovisual and photographic representations of my participation in this videoconference/webinar for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to educating other Event participants and promoting IDE Corp. or its affiliated entities (including the employees, officers, and agents of IDE Corp. and its affiliated entities).

3) I grant IDE Corp., its affiliate Edquiddity Inc, and its assignees a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, and royalty-free license to display, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, or modify audio, video, and photographic representations of me, and I waive any proprietary, intellectual property, pecuniary, and moral rights in such recordings. I specifically understand that I am not entitled to any compensation for IDE Corp’s, its affiliate Edquiddity Inc's, or its assignees use of such images or recordings.
