    Please make sure you read the following instructions to assure the best results for your procedure.

    It is very important to inform us if you have done a previous tattoo removal treatment.

    Refrain from all alcohol, aspirin, or aspirin products, such as blood thinners.

    Please refrain from Ibuprofen and Aleve for 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    The only product for aches and pain used before treatment that will not make you bleed is Tylenol.

    Also refrain from Vitamin E and fish oil capsules for 7 days prior to your application.

    ALL of these make you bleed excessively. Excessive bleeding during the procedure will negatively affect the longevity of your semi-permanent makeup application. In some cases, the application will need to be prematurely stopped and the cost will have to be covered.

    Avoid sun exposure 20 days prior to your treatment.

    Avoid Tattoo Removal: people who form keloids, epilepsies, immune system diseases, arthritis, acne or skin problems; psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, rosacea. Diabetes (has to be controlled -200). Treatments with Accutane (6 month after last take). Pregnant or breastfeeding, hemophilia or coagulation problems (bleeding from minor cuts). Botox (4 weeks before or after the treatment)

  • Please read our cancellation policy as a courtesy to So Beauty by Carmela and in order to efficiently accommodate other clients.

    The initial deposit of $150.00, is non-refundable.

    If you need to reschedule your appointment, a 72 prior hours notices is required. Failure to notify our studio will result in a $150.00 fee.

    If a medical emergency arises, you must provide the proper medical documentation.

    We would like to inform you that, we no  accept American Express credit cards as a form of payment. 

    Additionally, please note that all payments made for our services are non-refundable.

  • I, *   *   am over the age of 18, I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I am not pregnant or nursing and desire to receive the indicated permanent cosmetic procedure. The general nature of cosmetic tattooing as well as the specific procedure to be performed has been explained to me. PROCEDURE: TATTOO REMOVAL. NO. OF VISITS REQUIRED: 2. COST OF PROCEDURE: $      

  • I have been informed of the nature, risks, and possible complications or consequences of tattoo removal. I understand that this procedure carries with it known and unknown complications and consequences associated with this type of procedure, including but not limited to the following: infections, scarring, inconsistent color, and spreading, fanning or fading of pigments. I understand the actual color of the pigment may be modified slightly, due to the tone and color of my skin. I fully understand this a form of removal and therefore not an exact science. I request the tattoo removal procedure, and accept the permanence of the procedure as well as the possible complications and consequences of Tattoo Removal.  *  

  • There is a possibility of an allergic reaction. I release the technician from all liabilities if I develop an allergic reaction.   * 

  • I understand that if I have any skin treatments, laser hair removal, plastic surgery or other skin altering procedures, it may result in adverse changes. I acknowledge some of these potential adverse changes may not be correctable.  *

  • I have received both pre and post care procedural instructions and I will strictly adhere to such instructions. I understand that my failure to do so many jeopardize my chances for a successful procedure. If I am on any medication for depression or any other mood altering prescription, I will advise my technician before contemplating any tattoo removal procedure.   * 

  • I understand that taking before and after photographs of the said procedure are a condition of the procedure.   • After Care for Tattoo Removal

  • THE FINAL RESULT DEPENDS FROM A CORRECT POST TREATMENT AND FAST HEALING

    First 2/3 Days

    • During the first hour after the treatment, clean every 30 minutes with PHIWIPES ASEPT (concentrate disinfectant wipe that last 12 hours)
    • After the first hour and in the next 48 hours (72 hour for oily skin) clean with phiwipes asep almost every hour the important part is to remove the yellow (LYMPH)

    After 10/12 days

    • After the first 48 hours, don't touch the eyebrows until the crust fell off (If the crust is very tight you can put a drop of cream)
    • After the fall of the crust start applying the cream 3 times a day until the next appointment
    • Put a light layer of cream for 2 weeks after the fall of the crust, morning, afternoon and evening.

    During these days keep the eyebrows dry, no water in and around the area.

    IMPORTANT

    DURING THE HEALING FOLLOW ALL THE POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTION, ABSOLUTELY DON’T PULL OFF THE CRUST, TO AVOID SCAR FORMATIONS THE CRUST MUST FALL ON THEIR OWN AT THE END OF THE HEALING PROCESS

  • DO NOT TOUCH OR REMOVE THE SCABS! Let them fall off on their own, not following this
    rule can provoke irreparable changes to the skin. *

  • AVOID (FOR ALMOST 14 DAYS):

    • Contact with water until the crust fell off.
    • During bath avoid water and keep the area dry.
    • Avoid sports, saunas, swimming pools, Turkish baths, etc.
    • Avoid use of cosmetics and make up, avoid contact with clothes and hair to prevent redness and irritation.
    • Avoid solar exposition, a prolonged exposition can cause hyperpigmentation because the skin is photosensitive.

    When the crust starts to tear away it can be necessary to cut the excess to prevent to tear it accidentally.

    After the crust fell off, don’t apply hot water on the treated area
