- The visiting church or organization is responsible for completing background checks on all adults and submitting documentation prior to serving with A.M.O.S.
- A photo must be submitted (with the youth's name) for all youth under the age of 18
- Adults cannot room with a youth unless they are related or a guardian
- Two people to a room
