  • As we have learned and witnessed over these past 2 years, colds and viruses can be better contained when we refrain from going around others when we are sick or showing signs of symptoms. Moving forward it is good practice to not expose others to our sicknesses, be it covid-19 or the common cold or flu. So in helping make the world a healthier place I ask you to follow the policies below when visiting my establishment. 

    People with these symptoms please reschedule or book your appointment for when you are symptom-free:

    • Fever
    • Chills 
    • Coughing
    • Sneezing
    • Runny nose
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Odd Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches that are not from exercise or physical activity
    • Severe headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea
  • Cleaning Policy:

    This establishment follows the CDC & the Governing Massachusetts Health departments guidance, rules & regulations, regarding cleaning before, during, and after all clients which are mandated for all massage facilities, not just during Covid-19, but always. 

    Between each client everything from tables, equipment, bottles, instruments, light switches, door handles, and bathrooms are wiped down with disinfectant. Clean sheets and blankets are always provided for each client. 

    The health and safety of my patrons here at Amy's Healing Arts is my #1 priority. 

     

    Cancelation Policy:

    As a courtesy, your appointment time is scheduled and saved just for you. As a courtesy to me, I require a 24-hour notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule.  If you cancel in less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 50% of your missed service. If you are a NO SHOW or Cancel on the same day or within 4 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 100% of your missed scheduled service unless there was a true emergency. I prefer not to have to do this, I am reasonable, so please keep me updated right away with any schedule changes you may have.
