Cleaning Policy:
This establishment follows the CDC and the Massachusetts Health Department's guidance, rules, and regulations regarding cleaning before/during/and after all clients. These are mandated for all massage facilities.
Between each client, everything from tables, equipment, bottles, instruments, light switches, door handles, and bathrooms are wiped down with disinfectant. Clean Linens are always provided for each client.
The health and safety of my patrons here at Amy's Healing Arts is my #1 priority.
Cancelation Policy:
As a courtesy, your appointment time is scheduled and saved just for you. As a courtesy to me, I require a 24-hour notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule.
If you cancel in less than 12 hours from your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 50% of your missed service. If you are a NO SHOW or Cancel on the same day or within 2 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 100% of your missed scheduled service unless there was a true emergency.
I prefer not to have to do this, I am reasonable, so please keep me updated right away with any schedule changes you may have.
