I've already got about 90% of what I need to requote your policy but since we have so many new companies, each of them have some unique questions plus we want to make sure nothing has changed since we last wrote your policy so it will take about 7 to 8 minutes for me to run through all of the questions and then I'll be able to submit to all of them to see which one comes back with the lowest cost.

We have some companies that offer an upfront 10% discount for a telematics program where they monitor your driving for 5 months looking for hard brakes, rapid acceleration and driving between 12AM and 5AM. Then after the program you can get up to a 40% discount based on your driving habits. They don't penalize you for bad driving, it's only used as a discount. Would you be interested in that?

For the drivers that are under 25, are they a full time student with a 3.0 GPA or higher on either the last reporting period or their cumulative GPA ,or did they graduate college with a 3.0 GPA or higher?

For any kids that are in college, are they away at school with or without a vehicle? IF WITH, we need the garaging address for the vehicle they drive (or at least for the quote use the school's address that you can get off of the internet). IFWITHOUT a vehicle, are they over 100 miles away?

Is anyone currently or past military or currently an EMS (Emergency Medical Service)?

Have any of the vehicles been customized in any way like wheelchair lifts, expensive stereo equipment, rims or graphics?

Notes about customization i.e. what vehicle, $ amount, description of customization etc.

Does anyone have a company car that they take home with them?

Does anyone frequently use anyone else's vehicle that isn't listed on the policy such as a friend's vehicle, a roommate or a relative's vehicle?

DESCRIBE WHO MIGHT ELSE USE THE VEHICLE FREQUENTLY AS THEY MAY NEED TO BE ADDED AS A DRIVER. YOU MAY WANT TO GET THEIR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH AND LICENSE NUMBER AND A GOOD DESCRIPTION OF HOW FREQUENTLY, WHICH VEHICLE AND WHY THE VEHICLE IS USED.

Miscellaneous Notes

Things to consider while requoting:

Do they currently have Accident Forgiveness

Do they currently have Minor Violation Forgiveness

Do they currently have Roadside Assistance, Medical Expense or Towing and Labor?

Do they have Diminishing Deductible, GAP or New Car Replacement?

Look in EPIC to see what violations they have and if they have any at fault accidents, get the amount paid as that can seriously impact the rate.

Make sure to use correct violation and accident dates in EZLynx and even put Comp claims and Not At Fault accidents as some companies charge for those.

Look in EPIC to see if any lienholders are on the vehicles.
