    • Bespoke Design

      Bespoke design fee starts at Php 20,000, and is a separate cost from production, animation and printing. 

      Because this is a time-consuming process, we only accept a limited number of bespoke projects. Design process for bespoke typically finish in 4-5 weeks (depending on the revisions).

      Because of the holiday rush, we are NOT ACCEPTING BESPOKE PROJECTS FROM OCTOBER TO DECEMBER. September projects will be done in October, and January projects will be done in February. For those who have already discussed with us, please ensure your project is finished in October, or please consider the timeline that design work will start in February.

      Whose name goes first for weddings? 

      Everywhere else, it usually is the bride's name. In the Philippines, Groom's name usually goes first. "John and Alexis", "John Cruz and Alexis Vasquez". We will follow this same sequence throughout the invitation unless instructed otherwise, (e.g. "Cruz-Vasquez" in the entourage card).

      As this will be a handwritten design, a rewrite of names due to change the names and/or changing the font is charged as P500. 

      Including the names parents is optional. Indicate with (†) if deceased.

      You may include short quotes or verses.

      Timelines start after all content is received and payment is made. Please add time allowance for coordination if you have many questions before placing your order.

    • Below is an estimate for REGULAR TIMELINE SCHEDULE

      • This does not account for weekends or holidays
      • This does not account for company shutdown during Christmas and New Year (2.5 weeks) and Holy week (4 days)
      • This does not account for peak season timeline change. Our production load is at its limit during this time, and our team already works 7 days a week. Though we target to follow our regular timeline, pls expect allowance of 1 week for delay.

      • This assumes REGULAR TIMELINE

       

      For BESPOKE SUITES, please estimate +2 more weeks

      For RUSH PROJECTS, please estimate that production will be faster by 1 week, and design phase will also be faster by 1 week (depending on how fast the feedback is)

      • For outside Metro Manila, LBC delivers in 1-3 days after turnover
      • For outside the Philippines, DHL and FEDEX delivers in 4-6 days after turnover

      • Each revision takes 3 days
        • 1 free revision for rush projects
        • 2 free revisions for semi custom suite
        • 4 free revisions for bespoke projects (NO RUSH)
      • Delay in sending information, feedback, envelope addressing list will move the timeline without prior notice
      • Additional revisions will move the timeline without prior notice

      Reminder! We provide free revisions because humans make mistakes (both the client-side and the artist-side). If you see a mistake, do not panic, just point out to include in the revision.
