PLEASE make sure you include a working email, as all vendor specific communication will come via 2 Ladies Ent. email address. Event Details Date: June 26, 2021 Location: Rigsbee Avenue, Durham NC Time 1:00-8:00 pm Vendor setup can begin at 12pm. All vendors must be prepared to begin selling at 1:00pm. Vendors can begin packing up at 7:00pm. Vendor fee is for one space/vendor only. Tents can not be larger than 10x10. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table. Vendor Fees: $50

A) Vendors are responsible for leaving area in the same condition as they found it. Vendors are responsible for providing table and/or tent.
B) Vendor warrants that goods being sold are of the utmost quality and safe under all applicable state and federal laws.
C) Vendor is expected to be open throughout the duration of 2 Ladies Entertainment event and properly staffed.
D) Vendor is responsible for maintaining adequate insurance as appropriate to Vendors
Goods and sales. 2 Ladies Entertainment or their affiliates will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or any injury to any person present during or after 2 Ladies Entertainment PRIDE Pop Up Shop.
E) Once Vendor fee is paid there are NO REFUNDS unless discussed with the host.
