Mission Statement:

Leadership Sandoval, Inc. (LS) is dedicated to developing leaders committed to improving their community through service is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.
The Leadership Sandoval Class of 2027 is now full!

Selection Criteria

Leadership Sandoval seeks individuals who have:

· Commitment to allocate the time, dedication, and energy to complete the program with the full support of their employer.

· Demonstrated commitment through past and present community involvement and/or an expressed desire for community involvement.

· Demonstrated capacity for leadership within their own business and personal organizations.

· A concern about the future of the Sandoval County community and a personal desire to help shape that future.

The Leadership Sandoval Inc. Class of 2027 will represent the diversity of the Sandoval Inc. Regional community. Finalists must attend a personal interview. Interviews will be scheduled after a completed application is successfully submitted. If you have any questions about your applications status, please contact Susan with Leadership Sandoval. Statement of Commitment
The Leadership Sandoval program consists of 10 scheduled sessions that include and required a two-day, orientation session and nine program days. To graduate from the program participants are expected to attend all sessions.

The LS attendance policy requires the participants to miss no more than one program day. The Orientation Retreat will be held on Thursday, Sept 24 and Friday, Sept 25.. Attendance is required for both days for orientation.

All other sessions (September 2026 through June 2027) are one full day per month, generally the third Thursday of each month, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Only individuals willing to make such a firm commitment should apply. Full participation is required. Homework and group activities will involve additional time commitment. To fully enjoy the learning and relationship building experience, cell phones and other personal communications devices are to be used during breaks only

Tuition
Tuition is $1,500 and must be paid in full by August 31st. Tuition covers all program costs, including materials, transportation, meals and room at the orientation session.
