All Prescription medications require a current exam (within 12 months) by law.
Anxiolytic medications should be given 2 hours prior to stressful events, and repeat doses can be given every 8 hours.
Anxiolytics for anesthetic procedures should be given the evening before the procedure and the morning of the procedure, no later than 6:30am.
If your pet has had a poor reaction to Trazodone or Gabapentin in the past please let us know in the comments.
If your medication is approved, you will be contacted when it is ready to be picked up, usually 24 to 48 hours after your request.
