Owners are responsible to ensure that Renters comply with the General Rules and Regulations of Roadhaven Resort and have provided them with a copy with particular attention called to the following:

1. ALL renters must register at the front office upon arrival.

2. Any Lease for a term of fewer than 30 days is prohibited. (Section V, D, 2,b)

3. One recreational vehicle (including park model) per lot (Section 1.A

4. Location of a recreational vehicle on a lot must comply with park regulations (Section IV.C)

5. No more than 2 generally recognized house pets per lot. Other pet restrictions also apply (Section 7.B) and a $20 registration/tag fee per pet applies.

6. No more than 2 occupants per lot (Section 1.A)

7. One occupant must be age 55 or older and no occupants under the age of 18 (Section 1.A)

8. Non-refundable $25 renter check-in registration fee applies (Section 5.A.2)
