  • INFORMATION (Terms & Condtions)

    Submission:

    • SUBMISSION IS NOT APPROVAL 
    • Once you submit the form it will be sent to our team. We will approve or deny depending on how many submissions have already been made! Please be on the lookout for an email from Jotforms! check spam! 
    • You will be emailed an invoice via Square. The Daily Spot fee is $49. YOU WILL BE BILLED ONE AT A TIME, WEEKLY, So select multiple dates :)
    • Pre-Payment is required the week of your selected date.
      • Ex: You sign up for a Sunday, We will invoice you the Monday before, and you will have till Wednesday to pay or 2 days from receiving our invoice.
      • Please pay quickly in order to secure your spot  
    • If you feel comfortable paying for multiple dates at one time, send us a Txt or DM.
    • After the invoice is fully paid, you are automatically confirmed. 
    • What we Don't allow: The sale of Obscene X-Rated Items (We are a family-friendly Market)

    At the Market:

    • Setup begins at 9:30 am, it is on a first come first serve basis. So be on time to receive a good spot! 
    • Once you unload your vehicle please park on the street behind Primeway Fcu; if no street parking is available notify staff and we will instruct you where to park.
    • Due to this market's location, we ask that you stay the full duration of the event.
    • YOU MUST HAVE ADEQUATE WEIGHTS (30 Pounds Minimum) Bring dumbells, cement buckets, sand bags, water jugs, or whatever to hold your tent down!

    PLEASE BRING WEIGHTS!!!! 

     MISC:

    • If we have to cancel the event due to weather, don't worry we will offer you a date in the future free of charge. (We will text you about any weather updates)
    • No Shows are non-refundable or exchangeable.
    • Heat Advisory- Texas heat is no joke, please plan accordingly, bring water/snacks!
      • We will offer free cold Water/Gatorade to anyone associated with your tent. Just tell us which tent you belong to, and you can have as many as you like. We care about you, so please don't be shy to ask for a beverage!
