My process starts with gathering some information from to you begin - the “who, what, when, and where,” of course, but also the "why.” This Trip Planning Questionnaire begins the process - the more I know about you and your potential travel plans, the better I can design that custom experience! If we decide that we’re a good fit for each other, a non-refundable planning fee of $250 is required - my work is based on many years of personal experience, education, and professional expertise. I’ll then present up to three preliminary itineraries for you to look over based on our discussions and information you’ve provided – your “wants and must-haves.” Once you’ve decided on your itinerary (yay!) I’ll take care of all arrangements for you, from flights to hotels to transportation, and even arrange those special added touches (romantic dinner on the beach? No problem!) PAYMENT INFORMATION: When you’re ready for me to get started designing your trip, I’ll send a secure link to gather your card information for the planning fee, or I can take that information over the phone.
