  • Requests MUST be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event without prior approval from the Auxiliary Services Department. I affirm that this request meets this requirement and has been approved by the administrator in charge of the facility requested and any conflicts with classes or previously scheduled facility use have been taken care of.*
  • You are required to clean up after your event. This includes clean up of all materials used, cleaning surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and taking out the garbage. You will also be responsible to set-up and reset-up the furniture for this event. Please plan ahead so that you have the necessary number of volunteers to assist in this. Any exception(s) to this will be need to be listed in the "additional needs" section above and approved by the facilities department.*
