Artist & Vendor Guidelines for Art Jam:
- We are not accepting registrations for MLM businesses for this event. Please stay tuned for other events later this year that are a good fit for MLM businesses.
- Any vendor selling food that will be sold or served to humans must be permitted by Taunton Board of Health prior to the event. Please begin that process now directly with Taunton BOH.
- The Downtown Art Jam will take place at various locations throughout the Downtown with the four main sites being at the Taunton Green, Real Art Studios, Trescott Street Gallery, and Liberty & Union Park. Vendors & Artists will be informed about their location at either Taunton Green, Trescott Street, or Liberty & Union Park within 2 weeks of the event.
- Art Jam will create a map for attendees that will detail where artists, vendors, and activities are located. The map will be accessible via a QR code and also posted online for printing or viewing.
- The $50 artist/vendor fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
- Artists/Vendors will be assigned a space on either Taunton Green, Trescott Street, or Liberty & Union Park for the event. Artists/Vendors will receive a 10x10 space for their use. Food vendors with trucks/trailers will be assigned a parking space at either Taunton Green or Liberty & Union Park.
- Artists & crafters & food vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, pop-up tents, display apparatus, etc. Pop-up tents MUST be weighted.
- Set up begins at 9:30 am. Vehicles for unloading must be moved offsite by 11:45 am.
- Artists & Vendors are expected to stay until the event ends. Clean-up begins at 4 pm on Sat.
- The event rain date is Sunday, May 19th. Although we hope you can attend if we have to switch to the rain date, it is not required for registration.
- Artists & vendors must remove all of their trash/boxes, etc. from the event.
- Art Jam reserves the right to add to and amend these guidelines as needed. Please review them again prior to the event to be sure you are up to date.
