I/we hereby authorise Metal Supermarkets UK Limited to contact the trade references and to obtain credit reports to investigate Applicant’s credit and financial responsibility (i.e., the Applicant’ creditworthiness). I certify, on behalf of Applicant, that I am familiar with the terms set out under the “Terms of Sale” found at https://www.metalsupermarkets.co.uk/terms-of-sale/. I agree that all transactions will be subject to these terms, including the terms referenced at clause 7.1 and 7.2 that exclude liability for loss of profits and indirect and consequential losses. I agree that all amounts due will be paid promptly in accordance with clause 3.4 and I acknowledge that failure to abide by these terms may result in interest, late fees, or both being assessed to Applicant’s account, the withdrawal of credit facilities, and actions, up to and including litigation, to recover any outstanding debt.
