You can choose to pay online via PayPal or by check.
The regular registration deadline is July 15, 2021. After this date, please add an additional $15 late fee for any registrations. Registration will remain open until August 1, 2021, at which time registation will be closed for the 2021-2022 school year.
PLEASE NOTE: Current membership with KACHEA is required for participation in KACHEA Co-Op. To become a member with KACHEA or to renew your annual membership, please see the form for KACHEA membership.
Also, PayPal charges us fees to accept online payments. If you choose to pay via PayPal, please add $2.00 to your total to help cover a portion of this cost.
Registration fees: $20 per child, ages 0-12th grade.
Additional High School Science fee to help cover lab supplies: $12 per student.
(There is a $100 maximum per family registration fee [5 students], PLUS the additional background fee, AND any science or late fees.)
The background check fee is $15 per adult that will be teaching (helping out) at Co-Op. These background checks are required for legal and insurance purposes.
High school students: If parents wish to have their high school student come without them (student attends Co-Op alone), there is an additional fee of $40 per class, per semester. Example: A high school student attends 2 classes for the full Co-Op year: $80 per class (for both spring and fall semesters) = $160 + $20 registration (+ any science fees).
To pay via PayPal, please add up the total you will owe, and please add an additional $2 to help us cover the PayPal processing fees.
