Overview:
- Our Hospitality Minister schedule is generated one month in advance.
- Each month, an email is sent requesting updated availability.
- Ministers are responsible to update their availability each month. If your availability has not changed from the previous month, no updates are required.
- The schedule is published and distributed for the following month. For example, the June schedule is distributed in mid-May.

Greeter: One or two individuals stand in the narthex to welcome worshippers as they enter for Mass. They ensure worshippers receive a bulletin, direct to restrooms as needed, and as church is filled, direct to usher inside who will help locate a seat. One greeter will keep count, and record on paper in sacristy. Greeters remain in the narthex until the first reading.Usher: Stationed directly inside the Shrine Church, will direct guests to available seats. The usher is an important part of the hospitality team, especially for first-time guests.Collection Volunteers: Just before the offertory, retrieve collection baskets from the hospitality closet, and return to their assigned aisle. Collection is combined into one basket, and two volunteers secure the funds in the sacristy.Social Committee: Responsible for pick up, set up and clean up of social events located in the upper narthex hallway.Other
