Studio Policy - September 2025/June 2026

Please read carefully as there is important information regarding piano lessons.
I am paying for 36 private piano lessons, 2 recitals, lesson/recital planning, and more. Private lessons also have 2 group lessons. (Sept-June. Fewer if starting after Sept). Books are extra.
Some months have 3 lessons, others have 4-5 lessons.
Payment is the same each month and is due on the 1st of each month.
The total tuition package is divided by 10 months, thus why each month is the SAME AMOUNT REGARDLESS of the number of lessons a month has.
I would like payment reminders.
Please note that make up lessons are not available.
PRIVATE LESSONS ONLY: If there happens to be a lesson that your child can not attend, there is the option for a pre-recorded video lesson or online lessons. More information will be provided on request.
If the teacher misses a lesson, the teacher will 100% reschedule it.
Piano Calendar 2025/2026
LESSONS BEGIN: September 2nd, 2025 LAST LESSONS: June 22nd, 2026.
NO LESSONS: October 13th, 31st, November 11th, December 23-January 9, February 16th, March 10-11, April 3-9, May 7, 18-22.
Christmas Recital, Year End Recital, & 2 Private lessons Jam Band (private only) dates TBA.
The yearly non-refundable $35 registration fee/family secures my lesson spot for the year, covers additional music printing, and material fees. Registration is considered complete once it has been received (for students starting in April-June it is $25).
