Please note we require at least 7 days notice before a party date to book. A party is not considered booked until the $50 deposit is paid, without the deposit, we cannot save your date. Invoices are only left open for 48 hours without deposit after they are sent by email to ensure your performer remains available. Parties must be paid in full 7 days before your celebrations begins or it will be considered cancelled. A travel fee will apply for celebrations held over 15 miles away from our base of operations in Wichita. Please note 30 minute parties are only available for celebrations within 30 minutes of our base of operations in Wichita.
Should the need arise to reschedule your celebration, we do allow one reschedule for weather or illness with no fee. Any additional reschedules will be $30, plus $10 for any additional performers that are attending your party beyond the first.
For hour long parties, (or longer,) with over 18 children, we do require two characters be booked, or an additional assistant be booked. For parties with 28 children or more, we require three characters be booked, or two characters and an assistant. Assistants are booked for $45 an hour.
Refunds shall only be given in full if the cancellation of an event happens on the business side. Refunds for matters of disappointment of performance must be recorded via photos or video for proof to be considered for partial refund.
