To ensure speedy and efficient delivery and acceptance of gifts, we will now be leaving all gifts with the concierge/guest services/front desk of each hotel for guest pick up (unless otherwise specified). You will be informed where your client’s gift is, and with whom it was dropped off with shortly after delivery. Please inform your clients (either before departure, or while in destination if you have contact with them) to stop by and pick up their surprise :)
