If this event is already on the approved Master Calendar, please select "Master Calendar" below. If NOT, please select the name of the Lead Team Member who oversees this ministry area. We will confirm with him/her that it has been approved.*

What is the purpose and goal for this event? What would make it a win? Be specific.*
For example: Church members would learn information about your ministry or people from the community would attend or that X number of people would attend or volunteer, etc.

Provide a summary of what people will experience at your event and how this event will meet a need in their life. This will be used to help us with the event description for the website and promotions. *If childcare will be provided, please confirm with Kids Grow prior to advertising then include in description to be added to registration form, etc.

Printed Materials
Do you need printed materials for your event?*
We can provide the following materials at no additional charge to your ministry: invite cards, flyers, postcards, booklets, handouts, programs.

If you have specific guidelines or ideas for your items (i.e., signs need to be in landscape orientation or portait orientation; or you want a specific color scheme, etc.), please let us know that!!

Other printed materials such as banners, yard signs, large posters, or volunteer badges will cost extra.
List requested printed and/or additional promotional items for this event. *INCLUDE QUANTITIES, SIZES*, and other details! If the event is solely OUTREACH in purpose, social media ads may be requested; however, the ministry will be charged related fees.
*If a specific size or paper quality is required, please include as many details as possible. (For example, invite card type paper, half sheet size) If no specifics are included, Communications will choose the best paper and size for your printed material.
