    Each client is offered a free 3 revision limit. Any revisions after the limit has been reached will be a fee of $15 per revision. After making your purchase you will receive an email from me within 24 hours with a link to a design form. In the design form you are required to answer questions in order for me to be able to give you the best design based off the information you give me. This is your moment to tell me everything you would like. If any information is left out and you later wish to add it on then you will have to pay a $20 fee. This policy applies to designs as well. Please let me know what you want before I begin on your design. If you change your mind on what you would like anytime after this form has been turned in and I have began on your design then a $20 fee will have to be paid so that I can make these major design changes for you. These policies are enforced in order to decrease order delays due to continuous design changes.

     

    Drafts 

    Drafts are sent out for approval purposes only. They shall not be copied or manipulated for any reason without the permission of the designer. Please understand that when purchasing a design your design could be used within my portfolio and on my website.

  • Payment and Pricing 

    Pricing is subject to change at any given moment. The client must agree to pay for any services in full. Webpage designs are only eligible to be paid in deposit. After the customer has confirmed any materials then the work is final. No maintenance changes will be made unless paid to do so.

    I am not responsible for managing your domains. You will be responsible for paying your website host and for your domain.

    Turnaround Time

    The estimated turnaround time for designs (excluding webpage designs & branding packages) are 7-14 business days. Webpage designs have a turnaround time of 5 weeks. If you would like any design at a quicker date you are welcome to pay the rush fee. Please understand that the turnaround time frame is subject to change.

    Each customer has 10 days from the date of purchase to provide Her Design Room with all information and images. If the customer does not meet this deadline they will have to pay a $50 fee in order for me to start on their payment.

    Refunds and Cancellations

    Her Design Room does not provide refunds for any service. If a cancellation is made by the client for any reason a refund will not be issued. All payments are 100% non-refundable after your order has been placed upon our website. If you chose to dispute your payments at any time, you will lose the rights to the work completed. Her Design Room will not be obligated to complete your services if you chose to dispute your payment. If you still chose to dispute a payment a copy of your signed contract will be sent to your bank stating that all payments are non-refundable. If any fradulent disputes are placed after all materials are given to the customer, we have the right to revoke the rights to your materials. If the owner of Her Design Room feels as though their relationship with the customer is turning hostile or if the customer is harrassing them then they can be fired as a customer with no refunds.
