SLA Community New Initiatives Form
Use this form to request funds for any new initiatives that the community has not done in the past three years (this would be years 2019-2021).
If this is a new initiative AND is neutral net income, please fill out the
SLA Expense Request form
.
The deadline for submission is the 20th of every month. The New Initiatives Review Committee will meet on the first Friday of every month to review any submissions received, and will respond to the community within one week of meeting. Submissions may be approved, not approved, or returned to the community for revisions.
The form must be submitted by any community officer.

For events, this can include location details, expected attendance, intended audience, speaker information, program description, etc. For scholarships or travel stipends, this can include what event the scholarship is for, the intended audience, requirements for application, etc.
