  • 🍽️ Booking & Consultation Policy – Chef Stefh | Spice11


    Thank you for your interest in booking with Master Chef Stefh. Please carefully review the following policies before submitting your inquiry. These guidelines ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable culinary experience for all clients.


    🔹 Consultation Fee

    A non-refundable $25 consultation fee is required to speak directly with Chef Stefh to discuss:

    Menu customization
    Event logistics
    Package options
    💳 To pay your consultation fee, use one of the following methods:

    Cash App: $MasterStefi
    Zelle: spice2eleven@gmail.com

    Please include your name + event date in the memo (e.g., "Alicia B. - June 22").

    If you proceed with booking, your $25 will be applied toward your deposit.



    🔹 Booking Minimums
    The minimum event budget for Private Dining or Catering is $700.
    You will be prompted to submit the consultation fee after submitting this form.

    🔹 Deposit & Payment Terms
    After your consultation, a custom invoice will be emailed.
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
    No date is held without a deposit.
    The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event.
    Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of your event.

    🔹 Client Space & Setup Requirements
    For in-home/private kitchen bookings, please ensure:

    A clean, sanitized, and spacious kitchen area
    Clear counter space and accessibility to essential appliances
    This ensures safety, efficiency, and professionalism

    🔹 Grocery Costs
    Clients are responsible for grocery expenses unless otherwise stated in your selected package.

    🔹 Rescheduling & Cancellations
    Clients must request rescheduling within 24 hours of the original event date.

    Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless it is an emergency scenario.
    Deposits will be held and applied to your rescheduled date (must be within 60 days).
    Cancellations by the client result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    Cancellations by Chef Stefh due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund of the deposit.
