    1 will ring at reception. If not answered, send to voicemail on Manager

    There are also audio length limits depending on what the announcement or greeting is being used for.
    The maximum audio length is 2 minutes (or 500KB) for a Voicemail Greeting and Custom Ringback User/Group.
    The maximum audio length is 10 seconds for user's Voice Portal Personalised Name.
    The maximum audio length is 10 minutes (or 5000KB) for the Music On Hold greeting.
    For all other services, the maximum audio length is 5 minutes.

    We may have to convert the file to another format, so there may be some loss in quality
