WARNING: We can only process the swap of one resident at a time. You cannot submit this form to swap out more than one resident, and you cannot submit multiple forms in a row to swap out multiple residents. If you have more than one swap to complete, then you must go through the entire process to swap the first resident out, including signing the lease amendment by all residents named on the lease, before you can submit a request for another swap. If you submit a request for a second swap before the first has been completed, then both requests will be denied and you will forfeit all fees paid.
