I'm Deanna and I'm so excited you're here! I first want to thank you for taking a few moments to complete this hair extension + hair loss system pre-consultation form.

The goal with this form is to get to know your hair and hair goals, which will help me determine if you're a great fit for hair extensions and or a hair loss system. Completing this form will also help me be able to narrow down a price range for your specific goals and help answer some of your questions along the way.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS looking for extensions

Most first time clients can expect to invest $1800.00 and up (retainer included) depending on how much hair is needed, color and desired length.

This investment covers the Hand Tied Hair Extensions, Custom Color of both your hair and the extension hair, the installation, cut and style.

In order to book an install appointment, there is a 50% non-refundable retainer. The retainer goes towards the overall cost of the appointment, with remaining balance due day of service.

HOW MANY ROWS WILL I NEED?

One Row: Fullness only, no length Starting at $1800+

Minimum of 4 Hand-tied wefts, 1 row installation for fullness to current length, custom coloring on natural hair.

Two Rows: Length and Volume (most common) Starting at $2300+

Minimum of 8 Hand-tied wefts, 2 row installation for clients with medium length hair (adds length and fullness) custom coloring on natural hair.

Three Rows: Total Transformation. Starting at $2800+

Minimum of 12 Hand-tied wefts, 3 row installation, custom color and dimensional coloring on natural hair

3 row total transformation adds length + fullness

4-5 rows needed for those with extremely dense (thick) hair, to break up a blunt haircut or for those looking to add a lot of length

Mini Row: For those with short layers.

This is used as a connecting piece to blend your natural hair and your hand tied hair extensions.

MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS

For my returning Hand Tied Hair Extension guests you can expect the following:

Move up of the extensions every 7-10 weeks.

Row One: $350
Row Two: $650
Row Three: $950
*Does not include Color

Replace the hair extensions every 8-12 months with brand new hair.
Some choose to refresh some of the hair sooner.

In order to book an appointment, there is a $375 non-refundable retainer for all new hair extension clients coming for another artist. The retainer goes toward overall cost of the appointment, with remaining balance due day of service.

There is no guarantee that previously purchased hair from another artist can be re-used.

Every hair restoration system is custom designed to fit your unique pattern of hair loss, lifestyle, density, color, and desired result. Final investment varies based on the size of the system, hair length, density, and custom color.

Starting at $1,500+ A custom-designed topper for clients experiencing thinning through the crown while maintaining enough natural hair for secure blending.

Meshless Integration System
Starting at $1,900+ Designed for clients with moderate hair loss of no more than 30% who need additional coverage while preserving access to their natural scalp.

Mesh Integration System
Starting at $3,200+ Our most advanced solution for moderate to advanced hair loss, providing the highest level of coverage with a secure, breathable, and natural-looking results.

Maintenance
To protect the health of your natural hair and maintain the integrity of your system, maintenance appointments are required every 4 weeks.
