Your periodic account statement will be delivered to the email address you provide below.

To access and retain your paperless statments, you will need the following: Internet access and a valid email address. Software that allows you to view PDF documents. Access to a printer or the ability to download information in order to keep copies of your e-Statements for your records.
At any time, you may revoke your consent to electronic delivery and instead receive statements in paper form. To revoke your consent, an email must be sent to accounting@roadhaven.com or send a written letter stating that you wish to revoke your consent to receive paperless statments and wish to receive these materials in paper form. Be sure to include your name and the applicable account number(s).
You must promptly notify us if there is a change in your email address or in other information needed to contact you electronically.
Roadhaven Resort may terminate this Agreement and immediately refuse to provide paperless statments at any time with or without cause or prior notice. If we terminate, paper statements will be delivered to the Homeowner's address on file.

You consent and agree that your use of a keypad, mouse, or other device to select an item, button, icon, or similar act/action while using any electronic service we offer; constitutes your signature, acceptance, and agreement as if signed by you in writing. Further, you agree that no certification authority or other third-party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature; and that the lack of such certification or third-party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your signature or resulting contract between you and Roadhaven.
