Please complete the travel inquiry form to fill us in on a few details(be as specific about your needs as possible). There is a nonrefundable $25 retainer fee* due immediately after completing the inquiry form. This fee will be applied to your booking if a trip is booked within 14 days of receiving the requested trip proposal package. (Good for up to 2 different travel destination/date searches)

If the request is for a vacation home, the $25 fee will be retained as a research fee since most vacation homes do not pay travel agent commissions.

Once we receive your retainer fee, we will begin trending flight and/or hotel rates for your travel dates.

With the current influx in travel, please allow 3-5 business days for us to create the best available package for you. If you need a package created within 48 hours OR you are requesting package pricing for dates within the next 30 days, please ALSO send a $15 nonrefundable rapid research fee along with the above retainer fee prior to completing the inquiry form (the rapid research fee does NOT go towards the booking).

Lastly, please keep in mind that travel rates fluctuate daily, sometimes even hourly, so it is best to be deposit-ready upon receiving the travel package if you want to guarantee the price given.
