If approved, I’d like to place a deposit for the waitlist. Waitlist deposit is $500 now /$250 when puppy chosen-to complete the $750 full deposit.If approved, I’d like to wait and see if any pups are available after the waitlist gets to pick. I understand I will be put in line with other applicants waiting to see who is left and this does not mean I am give me priority to pups born.
Our deposit is due to hold a puppy. The remaining balance is due by 7 weeks of age so all paperwork can be completed and in order for their go home bags and vet checks. *WE DO OFFER FREE PERSONALIZATION OF COLLAR, GO HOME BAG, ETC IF PAPERWORK IS COMPLETED AND PUPPY IS PAID BY 5 WEEKS OF AGE* This is completely optional but a fun thing we do for our families (if new name is not known- we can do last name also)

For Future Litters- Although We Color Test and Do our Best To Know What Can be Produced, Genetics Don't Always Give us What We Want. If a Deposit Is Placed and a Desired Pup is Not Born, Deposit is transferable to Another Puppy or Another Litter. Understand?*
As Our Website Mentions- we have recently relocated to Iowa for some Land. We DO bring all pups back to Colorado at 8-9 weeks and meet families at our families home. Do you understand? Concerns? *
We like to include some fun things in our go home bags. We give the option to personalize some things at our expense if paperwork and balance is paid early. This gives us time to get bags ready prior and helps us out a ton as we can focus on training when they are bigger instead of paperwork. A few things we offer in our go home bags so you know!

What to expect- Once you have a deposit holding a puppy...

Weekly updated photos (I try to stick with the same day every week but pups care is always priority so sometimes I will do a day early or late if things are crazy)Once your puppy is chosen I will email over the official puppy contract within a week that can be completed and emailed back at your earliest convenience. *A signed copy will be in your go home bag* This will also give the official go home date to plan on!4 weeks old- Puppy Balance and Paperwork due IF YOU WANT PERSONALIZATIONWhen your ready to order- will send out an email at weeks old with the link to order food & vitamins so that you have it ready by go home time. I will also give lots of info about what we recommend, feed and what they are used to here.7 weeks- Puppy Balance and Paperwork due IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED ALREADYPuppies will be checked out for the last time at 7.5 weeks/8 weeks for their final exam & health certificate.8/9 weeks puppies head to their forever homes!

The Fine Print

Please Read and Make Sure You Understand and Agree Before applying -All Puppies Leave on a Strict Return Contract. No rehoming- They must come back to us. -Dogs safety always comes first. If we have proof of neglect & owner is not correcting the problem, we reserve the right to take the dog back - Puppies are micro chipped in Breeder, Owner names. In that Order. No exceptions. -Pets CANNOT be Bred. We reserve the right to take back any dog bred without proper approval. -Spay / Neuter Must take Place AFTER 15-24 months without prior approval of earlier / later date. - All Puppies MUST be kept on required Diet & Vitamins for the entire 2 years for Health Guarantee to apply. We Do Keep Track of this and reserve the right to void if contract is broken. -Puppies will have dew claws removed, proper vaccinations, deworming and vet cleared by 8-9 week old go home date. -An official Legal 'Puppy Contract' will be required to be completed before go home. This serves as an application only and does go over everything that is also on the contract. - Deposits and Money Paid are always NON-REFUNDABLE. In certain instances they may be transferable if a puppy is not already held. - Breeder Reserves the right , in our sole discretion, to refuse any applicant for any reason whatsoever without notice. In this instance, Money would be refunded. - We do WEEKLY photos and updates for families. When possible we do more often but no guarantee.
