Payment & Pricing
Full Payment Upfront: All projects require full payment upfront. This secures your booking and allows us to focus entirely on bringing your vision to life.
Payments: Payments are processed through our booking site—no exceptions.
Non-Refundable: Since our work is custom, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, regardless of the situation. We appreciate your understanding. Please be sure you’re ready to go before booking!
Project Essentials
What You Need to Start: To get started, we’ll need a few things from you:
- Your style inspiration or preference.
- Hex codes for three brand colors.
- Business name and logo (PNG or SVG format).
Missing Any of These? No worries. Book our Brand Identity package to create a solid foundation, complete with brand colors, style, and a logo.
Revisions & Adjustments
Included Revisions: Each project includes one round of revisions to fine-tune the design. If you need more changes, extra revisions are available for a fee.
Post-Delivery Changes: Any changes after final delivery will be considered revisions and will incur a fee, regardless of scope.
Project Timeline & Communication
Turnaround Time: Timelines depend on the project’s complexity and how quickly you respond. Here’s the average:
- YouTube Graphics: 5–7 business days
- Business Branding: 7–14 business days
Communication: We handle everything via email. Texts may be sent as reminders, but please stick to email for all project-related communication.
Response Time Expectations: Projects with no response after 5 days will incur a $15 delay fee. After 7 days for YouTube Graphics or 14 days for Branding, the project may be canceled and a restart fee will apply to continue.
Cancellations & Consultation Policies
Consultations: Consultations are optional but highly recommended if you have questions or need to discuss any project details.
Missed Consultations: We have a 15-minute wait period. If you miss the call, it’s canceled without a refund. Reschedules are allowed with a 24-hour notice.
Reschedule Policy: One free reschedule if requested 24 hours in advance. A second reschedule will require a fee (double the original consultation cost). Missed rescheduled sessions will prevent future bookings.
Ownership & Usage Rights
Your Rights: Once the project is closed and all final files have been sent out, you gain full usage rights for your brand’s design.
Royale Graphics Rights: We retain intellectual property rights over the original files, drafts, and sketches created during the project. Designs are yours to use, but they may not be resold or transferred without permission.
File Formats & Delivery
File Types: Final files are delivered in high-resolution formats:
Branding: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG
YouTube Graphics: MOV
Delivery: Files are sent via email. Download within 30 days, as projects will be deleted after that.
Brand Vision Requirements
Establishing Your Brand: Clients ordering branding or a la carte services must have a brand identity or purchase one through Royale Graphics. This ensures we have the foundation—colors, logo, and style—to deliver cohesive designs.
Liability Disclaimer
Client Content Responsibility: Royale Graphics isn’t liable for the legality of any content provided by the client. Please ensure you have rights to any images, fonts, or materials you want us to use.
Liability Waiver: Royale Graphics isn’t responsible for any damages, lost profits, or incidental losses related to the design’s use. Clients agree to hold Royale Graphics harmless from any claims related to our work.
