A little bit about me, I am a 25 year old mom who struggled to accept my "new" body after postpartum. I decided to make a change in my lifestyle, and that is when my fitness journey started.
Since making that first step into bettering my self, I've developed a healthy relationship with fitness & food. After seeing results, I was hooked! I wanted more. I was able to achieve results with weight training and good nutrition. I've lost the "mom pooch", gained healthy weight (I was underweight) & transformed my mind, body and soul! I've never looked back!
