UWC Copyright Clearance

Requirement in terms of the Copyright Act 98 of 1978
Lecturers use this form to apply for permission to upload digital versions of learning materials in iKamva. Applications should be submitted at least THREE WEEKS before the start of the new semester. The UWC Copyright Administrator will source alternative avenues for obtaining legal digital versions. If none is available, the Library will obtain clearance via DALRO/CHEC Copyright Office. The Library will advise applicants where requests exceed copyright limitations.
