Engage@EMU matches students with a job/internship in their field of study at a local nonprofit or governmental organization. In order to be eligible, you must must be approved for Work Study.

International students are unfortunetly not eligible for Work Study.

To check your eligibility please follow the following steps:
1. Visit My.Emich.edu
2. Locate the Financial Aid and Billing Card
3. Select Financial Aid Status
4. Select 2025 - 2026 Aid Year in the top right
5. Click on the "Award" tab
6. Scroll to the bottom to see the award
7. If an amount is not listed please fill out the University's Work Study Request Form.
