Please place orders at least 2 weeks in advance. There will be a $100 charge for rush or last week orders. Please include if you will need pick-up or delivery (there is a delivery fee). When placing an order, there will be a non-refundable deposit required (50%) or payment in full in order to secure your order and date requested. If payment is not made within 24 hours from the time your invoice is sent, your order WILL be cancelled and will not be reissued. Your order is not complete until payment has been made and cleared. Once your order has been confirmed, there will be no changes. So be sure to include as much detail as possible. **Delivery Fee includes delivery to your home, job or meet-up location (anything other than you picking up): $50- within a 5-10 mile radius; $50-$100 - anything more than 10 miles. No deliveries or pick-ups will be made after 4 pm. ***We reserve the right to refuse an order. ****To properly accommodate all orders appropriately, please pick up no earlier than your allotted/scheduled time. Picking up early may result in a inconvenience/rush order fee.

Please allow 48-72 hours for a response. You can expect a call back these next few days. Orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date which is based on availability. The remaining balance is due in full one week before your event date Once a quote is given and the invoice is sent, if payment is not received within 24 hours the invoice and the order will be cancelled.
